Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. My husband & I stopped in at this Kal Tire location to have a tire checked on my new vehicle before continuing home from our vacation at Paul Lake. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nick made sure that there was no damage to the tire and that the pressure was correct. We were pleasantly surprised when he said there was no cost. Wonderful way to treat customers and we would recommend this location to our family and friends should they ever need their services.

Dragos was recommended to me by a friend so I took my trailer there for some axle work. I thought they were professional and the work was completed well and on time. No complaints and I would return. Prices seemed fair as well in comparison to other shops.
