Surprised at the fast turnaround and how willing they were to work with my ideas. I had them build my website, provide my hosting, and put in 7 telephone lines too. These guys are pretty creative too; that's what really surprised me - they seem to be able to take ideas and run with them which is great because I don't have the time to do that myself LOL.
Anyway I'm just overall really pleased with them.

Have 5-6 Persian Carpets, Tabriz and Bidjar which I thought needed cleaning. Bernie came to house to collect, including one under 6' piano.
Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He told me 2-3 did not require professional cleaning just a good vacuum and beating. He also told me info about them I did not know, including fact that two Tabriz were wool and silk, not pure wool as I had thought.
Got the three he took back today. They look great.

Great experience. professional, respectful, timely, great presentation, excellent service and products. we are seriously loving our new water system. we love how our laundry feels after its been exposed to this new water system, the water is now drinkable from the tap, does not have that nasty chlorine smell to it anymore, and best part is after you shower, or wash your face, it seriously feels as though your skin is fresh and clean. 5 star all the way.

We are extremely pleased and proud of our new kitchen. This company and specifically the owner is wonderful to work with. If your looking for good quality work, then these are the workers you want. Good, honest and reliable people. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of their work. The owner told us throughout the renovations, " We are not happy until you are Happy". Would I use them again...absolutely without hesitation.
