I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.
