Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He was professional and completed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop via text messages the entire time

I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. Don is excellent and thorough. I do physical work and even with all the stress on my back I still find myself getting better by the session.
