I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

We are so thankful for the whole team at Meadowvale. Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. Dr. Ali is the best dentist of my life. She saved my big smile and teeth, painlessly and speedy. Root canals are effective, even with calcifications. Two huge fillings avoided crowns. Another repair on my front teeth was beautifully done by Dr. Ali. The deep cleaning is a breeze. Everyone is friendly and professional. Scott was our DJ and MC at our wedding Sept 1 2018. Scott did alot of help for all entertainment at the wedding. He has great ideas and all my guest loved the dice game!! He did such a good job. Scott rolled with all the punches and was able to help us problem solve. He read the crowd very well and changed the music when he felt like it was needed.
