These guys were a Godsend. When nobody else would take on my extra long dryer vent, these folks did a wonderful job. They showed up on time with the right equipment, did very good work cleaning a problematic duct, and even did additional repairs to improve the venting system at no additional cost like addition a vent cover and replacing tubing. Their prices were a bargain. Thanks guys for being a breath of fresh air in such a difficult industry. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called.
