Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician. The invoice was reasonable, & well within the industry standards. Absolutely a 5 Star Company !

Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Again the team at Drain Rescue plumber came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks werent bleeding & I couldnt find the clog. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation. I called, they came ,they fixed ! !! I was very happy with the level of speed that they came after initial call . Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink !
