I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Jacob (who came the first time to check things and give me an estimate) also got my water softener going and put salt in. Thank you Lodder Brothers!

Nothing but the BEST!!! Crew were stellar, friendly and took the time to evaluate all my hood ductwork and fans to ensure every surface within it would be clean and meet or I’d say exceeds Ontario standards. Ever so thoughtful to cover all my items in the kitchen prior to starting and mopped the entire floor, out kitchen never looked so good.

The service with Stephen and Mario were amazing. He had questions for me and I had answers and vice-versa Stephen offered to fix what the other so called plumber did and made it look so easy . Looking forward to using you guy's again very soon . Preferably Stephen again. ?

We had our kitchen cupboards refinished by Sharrard Painting just under two years ago. Todd and his team were professional, completed the work on time and it totally transformed the look of our kitchen for a fraction of what it would have cost us to switch out our cabinets.
About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair. Instead of a "touch up", they totally resurfaced both at no additional cost to us - all under warranty!

We are 100% satisfied with our bathroom renovations for better accessibility and a a laundry closet on same floor again for same reason. Brian was extremely helpful in all requirements and we were kept informed at every stage. The construction men Travis & Bob arrived on time and cleaned up each day. Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.

We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others
