I have been dealing with Niko's for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. I've called Water Heater Rescue twice over the past year- one time to fix my garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair my water heater. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and coached me on how to reset my garburator. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and fast!

I had problems with a toilet that kept running - I tried to fix it myself, but nothing I did was working.
The plumber from Pure Plumbing came in and had it fixed in just a hour - he had the toilet fixed and his rates were very fair. Would be glad to recommend them to anyone, very good services.
