We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. The staff is friendly and efficient and one time, even suggested a drain pan under our washer/dryer set and went to the trouble of building it custom for us. Can't say enough good about them! We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.
