Twice I have engaged this plumbing service: once to change taps and more recently. to to assist in bathroom and kitchen renovations. They were efficient, professional and demonstrated efficiency, especially during the kitchen renovation as counter company schedules can change on short notice. Highly recommend and I would hire them again, and have referred them to condo neighbours.

I needed a company that could do a move in/out at two locations, one in town and the other out of town. From my phone call to book the appointments to the completion of the first job, this team was great. Linda did a wonderful job and even vacuumed my dog's bed. Not only did Modern Alchemy Air offer the best price on the air purifier I was looking for, but they provided the best service I have received in recent memory. Robert was quick to confirm my order and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It was shipped within a day and received shortly after across the country, which is always great, but even more impressive considering the delays due to COVID. If you're looking for a nice, clean, affordable apartment in downtown Ottawa, then this is your place. I recently moved back downtown from the bubrs, and I am so glad I did - I've been enjoying downtown life again! Centre Town Place is located close to all amenities - grocery stores, office buildings, the Byward Market and Elgin street restaurants and nightlife - you name it. Yet it is quiet, safe and clean. Specifically, the management is superb: friendly, helpful, professional, etc. I like being able to walk to work in the morning instead of commuting for forty minutes or more. I would highly recommend Centre Town Place (to anyone who will be a good neighbour, of course).

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

The new Waterford Ottawa is quite stunning! Mom is so happy here. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your day. Beautiful grounds and indoor atrium as well.

The Vacuum Depot in Smiths Falls is by far the best experience I’ve had. The service is extremely professional as well as friendly. You immediately feel welcome when you open the door. Each time I’ve gone, I leave very satisfied and impressed. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t fix. In short this business is the bomb !!

I have to say that I was thrilled with all aspects of the service Paige and the men provided recently. To be specific, it was wonderful that Paige arranged to have the ducts cleaned the same day I called. Quite extraordinary! My situation was critical. Relatives were coming (unexpectedly) to visit the next day. As I had just purchased a very old house where the former residents smoked, had old and sickly dogs, and a cat that didn’t use the overloaded litter box; the conditions were ripe to send my allergy-sensitive company into sensory distress.
The young men were very polite, competent, worked quickly but not rushed, and were willing to let me poke my nose to see just how bad my vents were. I was AMAZED and quite DISGUSTED at the level of filth. The cold air return was carpeted in dust... and I had to wonder how long it takes for a dead mouse to become desiccated to the point that only its skeleton remains! A couple more things before I close off. No one try to “upsell” services that other companies recommended – like spraying the vents. For this alone, I am grateful for the honesty and patience in explaining why. Finally, I was surprised when the fellows left and cheerfully said, “See you in 5 years.” Five years? You mean, I won’t be harassed year after year to have my ducts cleaned? Wow! Now, I’m speechless.
