Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. We called to have the kitchen sink plumbing fixed and to have the garburator removed. The owners wife Wendy was very kind and sweet. The owner Pete kind, professional and prompt. He explained to me all the work he repaired and why. I highly recommend them, they are reasonably priced and they know what is important, good customer service!

I love the grocery store ... I been trying to ask to be let back in there as i made a huge mistake ... I was never charged but i feel so very bad for losing to go shopping there at Zhers. I pray and wonder if i can get another chance to be able to come back and shop for the great deals .
