He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We called Wolf Plumbing to help us with a persistent leak under our kitchen sink that we could not identify. They came that same evening (after hours) promptly identifing and resolving the problem. I did not catch the name of the young gentleman that arrived, but he was polite and professional. We will be recommending this service in the future.

We would highly recommend Mark of MAC Stewart Plumbing to all our family, friends and acqaintances and to anyone reading this review. We had an emergency early morning in the country and despite this Mark responded immediately. He had all the necessary materials which were of the highest quality yet very reasonable in price. We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!
