Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I love the grocery store ... I been trying to ask to be let back in there as i made a huge mistake ... I was never charged but i feel so very bad for losing to go shopping there at Zhers. I pray and wonder if i can get another chance to be able to come back and shop for the great deals .

We are very, very pleased with the final bathroom. Overall the project went smooth with little delay or issues. These guys are super friendly, clean and did an amazing job.
