This was our first time using Cal-Rid after being disappointed by other pest control companies. We were impressed by the level of knowledge of the technicians, the thorough interior and exterior inspection (even crawling under our deck to fill a hole), and the solid guarantee period. We purchased a villa with a old outdated jetted tub. The tub was in good working order however, the color was a dated yellow/cream color. So we looked for alternatives to give this old outdated tub a face lift! Harry was extremely organized and this crew who performed the work were very professional, punctual and cleaned up after they were done. We are extremely happy with how the tub turned out! It's like a completely new tub. I would highly and without hesitations recommend Blackstone!

It is best suited for Chinese/Asian seniors who are looking for language support, meals and recreational activities that are culturally suited and enjoyable. Staff are very helpful and caring, and have on-site 24/7 emergency call bell front desk service.

I am so impressed with Justin and his team at Piper Mechanical. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling them for service. They were friendly and professional, they took off their boots upon entry of my home, and they did all the work in less time than I expected. I think they are top notch!
