We dealt with Ali recently to help fix some issues left by a previous company. Ali was professional and amazing from answering the phone to the time he left our home. He went above and beyond for us. He was so professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. I have found my plumber to have whenever the need arises and will give his name and number to anyone who asks about plumbers. I can't thank him enough. Just two great guys that know what they are doing and talking about. I had a nightmare of a situation this weekend at my mother's home; Scott and Wayde (who actually did the work) were available over the Canada Day holiday and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. We had our kitchen cupboards refinished by Sharrard Painting just under two years ago. Todd and his team were professional, completed the work on time and it totally transformed the look of our kitchen for a fraction of what it would have cost us to switch out our cabinets.
About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair. Instead of a "touch up", they totally resurfaced both at no additional cost to us - all under warranty!

We are 100% satisfied with our bathroom renovations for better accessibility and a a laundry closet on same floor again for same reason. We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others
