Thank you! We called and left a message and got a call back right away. We booked the service for next day. They guys arrived on time and offered advise on issues they saw with flooring safety. Mr. Bedard sent a young, able technician the very next day after my phone call. The young man quickly assessed the situation --- a completely plugged kitchen sink with a leaky pipe underneath --- and proceeded to make the requisite not-so-simple repairs in the kitchen and basement. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.
