I have to say that I was thrilled with all aspects of the service Paige and the men provided recently. To be specific, it was wonderful that Paige arranged to have the ducts cleaned the same day I called. Quite extraordinary! My situation was critical. Relatives were coming (unexpectedly) to visit the next day. As I had just purchased a very old house where the former residents smoked, had old and sickly dogs, and a cat that didn’t use the overloaded litter box; the conditions were ripe to send my allergy-sensitive company into sensory distress.
The young men were very polite, competent, worked quickly but not rushed, and were willing to let me poke my nose to see just how bad my vents were. I was AMAZED and quite DISGUSTED at the level of filth. The cold air return was carpeted in dust... and I had to wonder how long it takes for a dead mouse to become desiccated to the point that only its skeleton remains! A couple more things before I close off. No one try to “upsell” services that other companies recommended – like spraying the vents. For this alone, I am grateful for the honesty and patience in explaining why. Finally, I was surprised when the fellows left and cheerfully said, “See you in 5 years.” Five years? You mean, I won’t be harassed year after year to have my ducts cleaned? Wow! Now, I’m speechless.

I needed a company that could do a move in/out at two locations, one in town and the other out of town. From my phone call to book the appointments to the completion of the first job, this team was great. Linda did a wonderful job and even vacuumed my dog's bed. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their home cleaned thoroughly!
