Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. We are very, very pleased with the final bathroom. Overall the project went smooth with little delay or issues. These guys are super friendly, clean and did an amazing job. I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.
