I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. If you need a new appliance make sure you check them out because I know FIRST HAND that they are dedicated and represent the very best of entrepreneurship and thy are all gentlemen.

The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly.
