Great service from this company, I called them at 2:30 in the morning because my hot water tank was leaking all over the basement and the gentleman on the phone guided me through draining my tank so it would't cause any damage. Shortly after, a service plumber came out to replace the tank. Thanks for the great service.

My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. I would like to start by saying this guy is legit. I had motor on my furnace go. He stayed in contact with me assuring he would be here and he definitely did. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do or asked. He stayed late into his evening to make sure my family got heat that night, and when I asked if he could take a look at my toilet too( wasn't called out for this) he didn't hesitate to say yes. The guy is great and recommend him 100%

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.
