Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

We have used Blue Moon at least five times now and have to say that the service has been exceptional.
The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.
We will be life long users of this company.

Mike provided excellent service when our weeping tile became blocked. Cleaned, scoped and made sure things were perfect before he left our home. Mike answered all questions thoroughly and patiently and we will happily use his services again.
