I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

We needed to print out a poster urgently and every other place needed 24 hours. However, Zest copy and print got our poster ready within 20 MINUTES! Not only that, our poster quality was excellent and the employee showed great customer service. They were very approachable and understanding. I have been looking for a piano for my kids to start lessons when school starts and went to Showcase Pianos. Wow what a great store. I just loved the location and friendlyness of the staff. They let me try any piano I wanted, even the kids. I was surprised to hear that they could speak different languages to accommodate their clients. I felt very comfortable and I will definately bring my husband back to look at a few pianos I really liked, especially the Fazioli! It was nice that they were all in tune and nicely displayed. I can't wait to see one in my house. Thank you very much.
