Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I had my wedding at Crystal Grand and it was amazing !! The staff was so accommodating and easy to work with, my guests loved the food and the hall is just stunning ! Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

I had Boris Install a new toilet for me. He gave me a few quotes on different models. He Did a great job installing it.
I used him again when i have a problem with a "freeze proof pipe" the previous owners installed. He came right away and got me set up and fixed same day.
I recommended him to my neighbor who had some problems and he got her fixed up.
I would highly recommend him

Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. Very easy experience, friendly service and provided a rental vehicle as my car needed to stay a few days.
