I emailed Dale about a problem with my pumps.. He responded quickly with a suggestion. I emailed again a couple of hours later saying I thought someone ought to come and check them out. A technician arrived about an hour later and sorted things. With the temperature at minus 12 c we didn't want to be without heat long... But the response time was far better than I could have realistically expected... Well Done and many thanks Dale and Jeff
