I cannot praise enough about the service we got from this store...especially Phil! Very approachable. We had to change the color of our paint numerous times to match to the original, and he was always willing to help us with a smile and patience. He made our visits to the store very pleasant! Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.
