I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. They will take all the hassle out of shopping for tires and teach you a thing or two. I'm so happy with my experience here and will be returning for tims for my daily driver. Thanks so much guys

There is no better place for a child to learn how to swim. My son started at 11 months old and now has his lifeguard badge. The team are phenomenal with all children. My son was very challenging when he started there but they never gave up. They worked with him until he learned to love the water. We moved to the Brock Road pool and the same can be said for that location. Bonnie, Chris and the team are beyond fantastic.

Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy
