Jay at the Kanata store was great, knew the products like the back of his hand and a real pro at assessing what really suited my needs. Test driving a stick, taking a pass and getting shots off.... can't imagine any other way to buy a hockey stick. Friendly check out staff too.... great store. Thanks Jay... amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas.
