I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!

I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.

Their mailbox service is far cheaper than Canada Post's PO Box service, and doesn't restrict shipments from certain couriers that don't ship to PO boxes. You get a Suite no. with bussiness mailbox services (great price), and this makes your address look more elegant and professional as a business. Any printing services are available at the location, as well as fully serviced UPS packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend this location of the UPS store. As a busienss expense the mailbox service is small and helps separate business mail and all those bills and invoices from the big enough pile you have to deal with from your home address.
