Their staff are consistently very responsive to your questions and needs, professional, and reflect a caring attitude. We had a major issue with the lack of heat in our home. I called Hoover's and was very happy with their service. The technician was friendly, on time and quick. Hoover's provided me with a quote that they stuck too. My house is now warm and I will call them again in thee future

The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.
