I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

The staff at Rogers in Kingsway Mall are very knowledgable and informative. I was dealing with Qahir who got me into an Apple 4 series watch. He took the time to show me the intricacies of it and even gave me his contact info just in case I had any additional questions.

Copeman Healthcare has treated me with the utmost care and courtesy possible. They were very professional and the difference between attending an appointment at the Copeman Clinic and your typical non private health clinic is remarkable. Thank goodness some people with foresight and vision saw the opportunity that presented itself when the Shaughnessy Golf course closed in the 60s. Saving a good chunk of the land from developers, the Vancouver Foundation, the Province and the City of Vancouver worked to establish this gem on part of the land once occupied by the golf course. The results are now here for all to see with charming little paths winding among the impressive variety of plants, shrubs, bushes and trees that are all carefully labeled throughout the grounds. There's even a fun and challenging hedge maze! The restaurant is a lovely place to go for a meal and the gardens seem an ideal spot to hold a wedding with great places for photo ops throughout the gardens. And Van Dusen continues to improve with a new visitor centre being built for 2011. The other thing that must be mentioned as a must see is the light show they put on every Christmas. Huge swaths of the gardens are lit up with thousands if not millions of lights. This is all complemented by a musically choreographed light show that happens regularly on the main pond. WIth snack booths offering hot chocolate and other goodies it is a great way to indulge in Christmas Spirit. Visit Van Dusen Gardens and enjoy a little tranquility in the middle of the city!

Hi Sid i like to complain about prince rupert ocean trailer the company that i work for booked trailers 2 nights ago , we went to pick them up and they released them to someone else ,ocean trailer would do far better if they had a shop of there own up here and who I would like to work for
