Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

This company is very knowledgeable; and assisting me to get around the darn problem with rural internet in Niagara on the Lake with a speed that BELL CANADA could not compete with. Contact them for all your internet needs, since my change I am saving major dollars for my business.

I am not a 100% sure which Walmart store I was in in St Catharines in April but I was in the photographic section getting some photos printed. The store clerk on duty that was Kathleen (her manager she said was Melissa). Sorry I have no last names but this should help you locate the store I am referring to. I want to pass on my compliments to Kathleen. She was helpful, gave good advice,and was friendly and efficient. She did her duty with a smile which made my shopping experience a pleasure.
