Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.
