Following much challenge with preparing my return package to Aosome Corporation (impeccable CS to satisfy a problem not of their own but because of chair design)... I was greeted by Carlos and his genuine welcoming smile at depot 1121 John Counter Blvd Kingston, a place that no longer receives direct drop off... but he said no problem, I will help... and did... helping to bring in product also. Stayed on 7Jan2013. Great staff great room. Breakfast was perfect though I wish there could be more fresh fruit. Forgot my shaving kit but front desk had everything for me I needed complimentary. Excellent hotel in line with the holiday inn standard
