Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. They have free delivery and came all the way to my house, which isnt close by. They were kind enough to sit me down and show me how to work my new blood tester, as well as explain dietary advice and how my prescriptions work. Just so precious, all of them.

I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.

Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again
