I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Excellent , very positive experience, all the staff and employees are making sure that you are being treated with respect , and they understanding what ever the issue would be. They help with all issues, or concerns you may have as a costumer. I highly recommend Fraser Ford to all my friends.

They had good selections of things i like , good quantity , but they don't sell schleich horses or breyer horses anymore and that makes me mad
