They are an excellent company. My old fridge broke. They pretty much knew the issue right from what I described over the phone. They came ready with the part and repaired it quickly. They charged a fair price for the work. I recommended them to my sister when her dryer broke. They are fair people.

This is a great store, they have almost everything you need for your sewing machine n sergers. The owner are very nice n friendly couple, they would help you to solve your sewing problem if u need. Also the employees are very friendly too, I would love to take as many sewing classes as I can. They make me feel like home n family.

I love this store I go there all the time, a conscience collection with helpful staff. Though it’s a different experience if different people work there. It is attached to a coffee shop with a great grilled cheese.

I recommend going to Stoney Creek Sewing Centre for all your alteration needs! The Best Place in Town! I have been here a few times. Jack is very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Sam went above and beyond to help me out with my new turntable purchase. I would recommend BBR to anyone!
