I have purchased a 65" TV from the Best Buy store in Guelph and I received nothing but professional and extra service from each personal who assisted me.This includes Thomas and especially Yahya who was so amazing, efficient and very friendly. He made sure I understood each detail and made sure not only the delivery of the TV was completed and he also scheduled the install in a quick and amazing time. Would highly recommend this store for any further needs and will recommend it to anyone.

Honestly, I hate having to go buying tech. I mean I love tech but the buying experience is ALWAYS terrible. But Future shop always has it's line in service. Especially this location. Whether it maybe cellshop or Tech support, there's always someone who's willing to help. I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them!
Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop. But even though someone specified in that department might not be there at that time. another associate from a department will help you find a suitable sales rep! Hands down amazing.

I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!
