I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

I needed help with my garden as it had become overgrown and unmanageable. After looking at various other sites I decided to give Mary-Anne a call. She was very friendly and knowledgable in landscaping design and boy she knew her plants! She transformed my garden into an easy care garden that I could manage and I now had color and variety! Couldn't be happier with our new glass railings. From the initial quote to final installation, the Tenmar team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the right style for our deck and the finished product looks incredible - clean lines, solid construction, and it really opened up our view. Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. I own a nice car(Jaguar) that needed some paint repair...front and back. I felt that the attention to detail and the quality of repair was superior to my experience with other body shops in Chilliwack...Steve was particularly attentive and I appreciated him inviting me to have a look at the job mid way through... the car was returned to me looking great and nicely detailed... couldnt be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending there work.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
