I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.

PWNS is an amazing company with fantastic service! Falk and Nicole are terrific! Falk is so well educated and takes the time to explain everything in understandable terms. I purchased a treatment system from him in May 2013. My water treatment system looks great, works amazingly well and the service has been impeccable! Oh and the water tastes wonderful!
