We were very pleased with the purchase and installation of a wood stove from Warm Hearth in May 2025. Everything from the initial browsing in the store to the purchase and installation was flawless and a pleasant experience. We got a good price and dealing with Yulia and Rick in the store and on the phone, and Brandon (who led the installation team) was a pleasure. I strongly recommend them. Bob M.

The service man was polite and worked very cleanly. He only charged us for maintenance and it was not working at all.

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.
