We spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a new hot tub and eventually decided to purchase from LCL. All of our encounters with any of their staff have always shown them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us as we raised various questions and concerns. Very good service and extremely professional. I was quite impressed with the modern equipment used. Dr. Brett Puttaert made me feel confident throughout the process. My trifocals are the clearest prescription I’ve ever had and for the first time I can read small print on my iPhone without having to remove my glasses. They double checked the measurements and they are spot on. Highly recommend them.
