Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.

Re: Ethan Wood LLP: Meticulous, compassionate, professional, while being refreshingly relatable and down to earth. I retained Mr. Wood for a civil matter that was time sensitive and very personal to me with very short notice and very little in details. Such a refreshing pleasure to have someone be genuinely invested in my situation and with resolution's I hadn't considered . I can't write enough on the degree of compassion, and understanding Mr. Wood demonstrated. Thank you Ethan! JH

While it is common for most people to have an aversion to going to a dentist I can confidently say that feat can be greatly alleviated with Dr. Quinton. This was my first visit to him after great recommendations from other patients, including my wife. She has never had a good experience with a dentist until now. Since having the visit this morning I will certainly make it a priority to use Dr Quinton in the future. The staff are awesome with special thanks to Jay.

Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

Lots of long-term staff tell you something is special about this place. The Activities Coordinator keeps things exciting and interesting especially.

Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.

Dr Loland fixed a filling for me today. Another dentist fixed my tooth poorly - dr Loland fit me into his busy schedule and fixed the tooth perfectly. He was efficient and skilled. I will be switching my whole family over to dr Loland’s office. He also did my Invisalign treatment last year and did a excellent job with that as well.
