I was looking for my wedding hair stylist online from Alberta as I live out of province and needed a somewhere local in Sooke that was economical and close to our venue. The island is big and I just didn't want too much travel time in between the location and getting to my ceremony on time. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. The reception team is friendly and knowledgeable.... give them a call to find the right RMT for you

When you walk in you're surprised with how beautiful the place is. When getting your hair cut, the stylist and their service is all important more important than the salon, and the best salons attract the best stylists. I've always had a hard time getting a good haircut even at some of the most expensive places in town. Beaute came highly recommended, I got my hair and makeup done and they truly do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.
