Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. When completing an extensive exterior house renovation, we knew finding the right large 7'x18' garage door replacement would be a critical wow factor for our home’s ‘curb appeal.’ So we did our research and talked to almost a dozen dealers. I called on a Monday morning at around 9am and they promise to be at my home by noon, they were at the house by 1145!!!!! Russ was very professional and worked very quickly. He noticed a couple of small issues with my garage door and repaired them as well. I appreciated the quick, professional and thorough service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great local family run business for a couple of generations!

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
