I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
