Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring.
