HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! I went to see Elizabeth both times for my extensions. She was so professional and really honest! My first time she walked me through everything step by step. She taught me how to properly take care of them and gave me an estimated date on how long they would last. They lasted longer than I expected! They looked so beautiful and I got so many compliments on them! The second time I went to get them taken out, they had knotted up badly, my fault as I didnt take as good of care of them. Well, normally a stylist would have just cut them out along with a huge chunk of my natural hair. But not Elizabeth! She took the time to brush out all the knots and saved me from having to get my all my hair chopped off! I'm now going again this week to get some clip ins put in and I look forward to it! Elizabeth is a friendly, wonderful and always professional woman. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done! If youre looking for the best in the city, Elizabeth's is the place to go!

This daycare is excellent. Allways spots open. Close to downtown if you work downtown. Hours from 7 am to 6 pm which is pretty amazing. Low price per day. If child goes to elementary they walk your kids to school. Only way to get in is to call or physically visit site. You won't find on government listing or website. Takes 1 yr to 12 years.

Calling Hi-Lite Electric was the best thing we did, initially we had gone with a different contractor who over promised and under delivered. Michael and his team came in and not only corrected the previous contractors mistakes but enhanced the initial design and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for electrical work to be done.

Our mom has been a resident at Luther Home for over 2 yrs. This home is staffed with very caring,cheerful people. We are always greeted with smiles and nice comments. A yearly family meeting is very informative and held with all her care givers. The meals are very nutritious and well balanced. The facility is clean. There are programs and activities offered.
One could not ask for anything more for their family member.

We recently had a plumbing emergency with our toilet leaking buckets on a daily basis.
We had the pleasure to have a new dual flush toilet installed at our cottage at Falcon Lake. - Grant Mason did the installation - It was a 1st rate job and Grant even carted away the old toilet for us. The new toilet is a comfort height and so quiet, you don't even know it is filling
Grant kept the workspace clean and was in and out in less than an hour
We are going to use Grant again to install a new shower and vanity

Great dentists, friendly staff that make you feel like family. I've been going here my whole life and not once have I dreaded an appointment - even for fillings! I almost look forward to going in and catching up with the staff. I'll confidently recommend them to anyone!
