Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Prompt service identifying and fixing the problem associated with the furnace quickly. I had another company very recently for the same problem not even looking at the furnace and quoting an absurd fee for work that was not even necessary.I would certainly recommend Bow Valley 24/7 plumbing and heating to anyone.

5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices. I had my wisdom teeth taken out at Highstreet Dental. The dental staff did a great job at keeping me calm as i was very nervous to get this done. Dr.Jeff is amazing with needles as I could barely feel them. And as for pulling the teeth (which I was previously referred to an oral surgeon by another dentist), Dr. Jeff ensured I was comfortable the whole time and I had a great healing process afterwards and went to work the next day only experiencing discomfort for a day or two.
