Quick response on a saturday night, arrived in under45 minutes withing speaking with. The first company that would answer on a. Saturday evening without any charge, honest enough to let me know street was frozen and after the city of selkirk steamers get things defrosted he will come back for free again and do another router rooter free and all bills will be paid by city of selkirk. Very homest and friendly a plumber i hired previously to do work on my sink daid they woould be back to fix problem after i already paid him in full. Tried calling them back but they wont answer my calls. Not a very noble way to run a company but atleast sewer shark gave me a months warranty on drain clening and gave me a cdiscount for being an emergency responder! Good guy

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.
